MivoCloud anonymous Payment Stuck or Pending — Troubleshooting

Payment Stuck? Check Your USDT Network

If your MivoCloud payment is pending for hours, you likely sent USDT on the wrong network. MivoCloud supports TRC20 (Tron) and ERC20 (Ethereum), but not BEP20 (Binance Smart Chain).

• **Check network**: Log into your wallet and confirm the transaction used TRC20 or ERC20.
• **Minimum amount**: MivoCloud requires $5 USDT minimum for anonymous VPS plans.
• **Timing**: TRC20 confirms in ~1 minute; ERC20 can take up to 10 minutes.

Insufficient Fee Coverage

USDT transactions require a small network fee. If your wallet deducted fees from the transfer amount, the actual USDT received may be below the VPS price.

Example: A $10 VPS plan sent as $10 USDT on ERC20 with a $2 fee means only $8 arrives. Top up to cover both product cost and fee.

Invoice Expired?

MivoCloud invoices expire after 1 hour. If you waited too long to send payment, create a new invoice and send USDT immediately.

• **Payment status**: Pending means received but unconfirmed; check block explorer for confirmations.

Firewall or IP Block

Some crypto wallets block transactions to certain merchant addresses. Try a different wallet (e.g., Trust Wallet, MetaMask) or change your IP via VPN.

Contact Support with TXID

If none of the above works, open a ticket on MivoCloud and provide your transaction ID (TXID). They resolve within 2 hours for TRC20, 12 hours for ERC20.
